These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of all services, platforms, competitive programs, and content operated by Zeta International (“Zeta,” “ZETA INTL,” “the Organization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please also review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
By accessing or using the Services, registering as a Member, applying for a roster position, participating in community activities, or otherwise interacting with Zeta International, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
This document governs general access to Zeta International’s public-facing Services and community platforms. Rostered Players and Content Creators are additionally bound by their individual Player Agreement or Talent Agreement, which shall take precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict on matters of compensation, competitive obligations, and intellectual property ownership specific to that individual.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and accept full responsibility for their compliance with these Terms.
Use of the Services and participation in Zeta International’s competitive programs is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria established by the applicable tournament organizer (e.g., MOONTON Games, MPL, MSC, MWC, or other sanctioning bodies) and any additional criteria set by Zeta International.
Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence must have verifiable parental or legal guardian consent to register, compete, or enter into any agreement with Zeta International, including Player Agreements, Talent Agreements, or sponsorship-related activities.
Zeta International reserves the right to request identity verification, age verification, or regional eligibility documentation at any time and to suspend or deny participation pending such verification.
Inclusion on any Zeta International competitive roster, academy team, content creator program, or affiliated squad is subject to a separately executed Player Agreement or Talent Agreement. These Terms do not, by themselves, confer roster status, salary entitlement, or competitive eligibility.
All Members and Users agree to conduct themselves professionally in all Zeta International-affiliated activities, including Official Matches, livestreams, social media appearances, and community events. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
Violation of the conduct standards in Section 4.2 may result in fines, suspension, benching, termination of a Player Agreement or Talent Agreement, or removal from Zeta International’s platforms, at the discretion of Organization management, and without prejudice to any rights under a separate agreement.
A Member subject to disciplinary action under Section 4.3 has the right to submit a written appeal to Organization management within fourteen (14) days of notice of the action. Appeals will be reviewed by personnel not directly involved in the original decision where reasonably practicable, and a written response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
Zeta International is committed to reasonable practice-hour scheduling, rest periods, and access to support resources for Rostered Players. Specific welfare commitments, including maximum scheduled practice hours and mandatory rest days, are set out in the applicable Player Agreement.
The name “Zeta International,” together with all associated logos, jerseys, mascots, taglines, and brand assets (the “Zeta Marks”), are the exclusive property of Zeta International. No User or Member may reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit the Zeta Marks without prior written authorization.
Content produced by Rostered Players, Content Creators, or staff in an official capacity — including gameplay footage, livestream VODs, promotional material, and social media posts made under Zeta-branded accounts — is governed by the intellectual property provisions of the applicable Player Agreement or Talent Agreement, which shall govern in the event of any conflict with these general Terms.
Training records, VOD review notes, coaching analytics, and internal performance data generated during a Member’s tenure remain the property of Zeta International, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Player Agreement or Talent Agreement. Departing Members are not entitled to retain or use such materials for competitive purposes with another organization absent written consent.
By submitting fan art, clips, forum posts, or other content to Zeta International’s community platforms, you grant Zeta International a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional and archival purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Broadcast rights to all Official Matches are governed by the relevant tournament organizer’s regulations and any related broadcast agreements entered into by Zeta International.
Rostered Players and Content Creators may not independently stream or broadcast internal training sessions, private team content, or strategic material without prior approval from Organization management, where such content is deemed competitively sensitive.
Zeta International may designate “media blackout” periods ahead of Official Matches, during which Members are restricted from streaming, discussing draft strategy, or publishing competitively sensitive content. Specific blackout terms are set out in the applicable Player Agreement.
Independent personal streaming unrelated to competitive strategy (e.g., general content creation, community engagement) remains subject to the branding and sponsorship-conflict provisions of Section 7.
Zeta International may enter into sponsorship, partnership, and endorsement arrangements with third parties. Members may not enter into individual sponsorship arrangements that create a category conflict — defined as an arrangement with a brand operating in the same product or service category as an existing Zeta International partner (e.g., a competing energy drink, peripheral, or mobile carrier brand) — except as expressly permitted under their individual agreement.
Any prize money, sponsorship revenue, or streaming/content revenue generated through official Zeta International-branded participation shall be distributed in accordance with the revenue-sharing terms set forth in the applicable Player Agreement or Talent Agreement.
Users shall not:
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Zeta International makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or outcomes of competitive participation.
Zeta International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, participation in competitive events, or reliance on information published through Zeta-affiliated channels, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Users and Members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeta International, its officers, staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) their violation of these Terms; (b) their violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (c) their misconduct in connection with the Services, Official Matches, or Zeta International-branded activities.
Zeta International shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: tournament cancellation or rescheduling by a publisher or organizer, server or platform outages, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, or internet/telecommunications failures affecting participation in Official Matches.
Zeta International’s MLBB division operates in accordance with the official rules, regulations, and code of conduct published by MOONTON Games and relevant tournament organizers, including but not limited to MPL, MSC, and MWC regional and international regulations. In the event of conflict between these Terms and binding publisher or tournament organizer regulations, those regulations shall take precedence on matters of competitive eligibility and conduct.
Zeta International is not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of third-party platforms (e.g., streaming services, social media platforms, in-game services) used in connection with the Services.
Zeta International reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User’s access to the Services, at its discretion, for violation of these Terms, applicable law, or conduct detrimental to the Organization’s interests or reputation.
Termination of general platform access under these Terms does not automatically terminate a separate Player Agreement or Talent Agreement, which shall be governed by its own termination provisions.
Use of the Services is subject to Zeta International’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of personal data, including data collected for identity verification, competitive registration, and marketing purposes. Cookie practices are described in our Cookie Policy.
Zeta International reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated via at least one of the following: (a) email to the address on file; (b) posted notice on the official Zeta International website; or (c) direct message through the Organization’s official Discord or community platform. Changes take effect fourteen (14) days after notice unless a shorter period is required by law.
Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Zeta International may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of substantially all of its assets, without requiring User consent. Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Zeta International.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles, California, except where a party seeks injunctive relief, which may be pursued in the competent courts of the State of California.
If your local law requires a different forum or prohibits arbitration of consumer disputes, that mandatory protection applies to the extent required.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be interpreted to best reflect the original intent of the parties.
